Alastair Caisley


Alastair worked as a manager for a large national building society before qualifying as a solicitor in 1986 and as a Notary Public in 1989. He handles a broad range of commercial property transactions for a variety of clients including property investors, developers, small and large businesses, and multi-national corporations. Transactions include property development and funding, and the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property. He also deals with all aspects of property work for a large landed estate.

Alastair is married with a son and has a wide range of interests, which include triathlons, running, and tennis. He is also a long-standing member of his local church PCC and a Trustee of a number of charities.

Neil Aitken


Neil is a commercial disputes lawyer with wide experience of litigation, international and domestic arbitration, mediation, and expert determination.

Katherine Morgan

Katherine recently joined Keogh Caisley as a Partner having spent 5 years in the City. Prior to working in London, Katherine completed her training contract at a leading regional law firm.

Katherine advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including development, real estate finance and portfolio acquisitions. Katherine also has significant residential property experience, in particular, acting for high net worth clients on investment transactions.

Outside of work Katherine is a keen wine taster and enjoys playing hostess. She has a particular passion for Italy and visits as often as she can. Katherine’s other interests include yoga and skiing

Russell Dicker

Russell is a solicitor at Keogh Caisley having qualified in 2016. He undertook his period of recognised training at a local firm on the south coast before joining the firm in December 2016.

He specialises in Residential Conveyancing and is on hand to help guide you through the process of buying or selling your home. He is also able to assist on Will, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate instructions.

In his spare time Russell is the fixture secretary and groundsman for his local cricket club and is an avid supporter of his local football team, Hastings United.
