ALASTAIR
CAISLEY (PARTNER)
Alastair
worked as a manager for a large national building society before
qualifying as a solicitor in 1986 and as a Notary Public in 1989.
He handles a broad range of commercial property transactions for
a variety of clients including property investors, developers,
small and large businesses and multi-national corporations. Transactions
include property development and funding and the acquisition and
disposal of freehold and leasehold property. He also deals with
all aspects of property work for a large landed estate.
For five years Alastair was a partner in the commercial property
department of Thomson Snell & Passmore before leaving in August
2000 to establish Keogh Caisley.
Alastair is a sub-three hour marathon runner having run in London,
New York and Berlin. He is also actively involved in his local
Church.
SIMON
JUDD (PARTNER)
Simon
qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and is a general Commercial Lawyer.
Having trained initially in Tunbridge Wells, he moved to London in 1981
but returned to Kent in 1989 to develop a broad commercial practice.
He now deals with a mixture of corporate work including the sale,
purchase and restructuring of companies and partnerships,
commercial law including advising on business contracts,
employment and insolvency matters, commercial litigation
in both the High Court and County Court and commercial property
both freehold and leasehold.
Simon is married with twin daughters and lives in Tunbridge Wells.
He enjoys acting and singing and is currently Chairman of
Trinity Theatre & Arts Centre.
JOANNE FULLER
Joanne qualified as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) in October 2006 and is due to become a Legal Executive (Fellow of ILEX) in October 2008. Legal Executives are qualified lawyers who specialise in a particular area of law. ILEX is recognised as the third branch of the legal profession alongside solicitors and barristers.
Joanne has developed strong links in Tunbridge Wells, having started her training in local firm Max Barford & Co for 3 years and then moving to the conveyancing department in Cripps Harris Hall LLP for nearly 5 and half years.
She joined Keogh Caisley in the summer of 2007 and works alongside Alastair Caisley specialising in residential property.
Joanne enjoys horse riding, scuba diving, snowboarding, wakeboarding and recently married, she also enjoys walking over Ashdown Forest with her new husband and their dog.
